Welcome!

Hello! Welcome to Chartley Flowers. I am so incredibly thrilled you decided to join me. Today is a truly exciting day as it is the official launch day of the website and the business. So thank you for being here to share this with me.

Many of you will not know me, but if you’ve had a look through the website and found the ‘about’ section, you’ll know that I am a trained doctor still working for the NHS as a radiologist. And as much as I enjoy being a doctor, my true passion lies in flowers and all things floristry.

Ever since I did my floristry diploma in 2018 I have been obsessed with floral design. I love learning new skills and gaining inspiration from all the amazing florists, gardeners and flower farmers out there. And I LOVE weddings. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a wedding where I haven’t cried. That’s right, I’m the one with tears streaming down her face watching the bride walk down the aisle and the couple recite their vows to each other. So when I thought about the possibility of setting up this business (and it took me 5 years to decide if I really could or would set it up), I knew I wanted to do weddings. I want to impart the same joy, excitement and happiness flowers bring me into each floral design I create.
